Monica Crowley, Director
My mom opened Dino-Might Kids Preschool when I was 2 years old, so being a part of this school is extra personal and sentimental to me.
After graduating from the University of Central Florida and coming back to Boca Raton to continue to grow the family business, it's been a beautiful journey now having my two sons attend Dino-Might.
I am passionate about letting kids be kids, learning through play and discovery, and creating a space where children can make lasting core memories. I especially love creating opportunities for kids to get messy and be silly and encouraging parents to enjoy this beautiful stage life.
Aismaray Haro, Assistant Director
I joined Dino-Might Kids Preschool in 2018, and since then, it has truly become like a second family to me. Education has always been my passion. I have been teaching since 2014, working with students from Kindergarten through 12th grade, including a strong focus on Special Education.

While I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, what matters most to me is the impact I make each day. I am equally passionate about supporting and guiding teachers as they grow in their craft.

Dino-Might is also deeply personal to me, as my son has been part of this school since he was born. Watching him grow in such a loving and nurturing environment has been incredibly meaningful, and it is a reminder of the trust families place in us every single day.

Starting Dino-Might Kids Preschool in 1992 as a single mom of two children, it was my dream to open a place I would feel safe and comfortable with my own children attending.
Through hard work and dedication, Dino-Might Kids Preschool was born and has flourished. I am proud to own and operate a preschool that puts the needs of the children first, and creates a welcoming environment for children to learn and grow.
Our Teachers
​Nothing is possible without our team of incredible teachers. Our teachers create a caring and loving environment for your child, ensuring that each child receives individualized care. They work hard to bring our curriculum to life, ensuring each child is learning at their own pace and having fun while doing so.

All of our teachers are educated and experienced. All of our teachers have their CPR/First Aid certification. This is very important to us.
